Dan Leavitt is a native Californian currently living in Redlands, CA. Over the years, he’s helped shape the employee experience at some of California’s most iconic companies, including Gap Inc. and Meta. Dan has spent his career in Learning & Development, designing programs that help people thrive — from onboarding new hires to developing strong, collaborative teams and effective leaders.  Now, as the Forward Party of California’s Onboarding and Training Coordinator, he’s excited to apply his experience to grow and support an energized volunteer community driving meaningful change.
